How we hire
Joining Fluxsmart is about more than ticking boxes on a CV — it’s about potential, curiosity, and finding the right fit for both you and us. Here’s what the process looks like:

1. Apply
Send us your CV and a short cover letter. Tell us about your skills, interests, and why you’re excited about joining our team.

2. Screening
We’ll review your application to see how your background aligns with the role. For some positions, there’s a short assignment (like a coding challenge for developers). Depending on the role, this may happen before or after the first interview — or during the trial day.

3. First Interview
This is a virtual conversation with our recruiting team and the hiring manager. We’ll talk about your experience, how you like to work, and what you’re looking for. You’ll also get a clear picture of Fluxsmart.ai, your role, and your future team. Bring your questions — we want you to leave this call with the answers you need.

4. Second Interview
Your second conversation will be with the Head of Trading (or a similar senior leader, depending on the role). This is where we go deeper into your experience, skills, and the technical aspects of the position. It’s also a chance for you to ask more detailed questions about the team, the challenges, and how we work.
The interview wraps up with a one-on-one conversation with Alexandra, our People & Culture Officer, for a broader discussion on fit, values, and your future growth at Fluxsmart.

5. Offer & Welcome
If it feels like a match on both sides, we’ll call you to discuss the offer and start date, then follow up in writing. Once you accept, we’ll take care of your contract, setup, and everything you need for a smooth start.
